Culligan Water Conditioning began in Jacksonville, Florida in 1946 as one of the original ten Culligans in the world.  In 1998 the Jacksonville franchise was acquired by Randy McCoy, a second generation dealer.  Today the dealership services over 40,000 customers in the greater Jacksonville area.  Culligan Jacksonville is a member of the Water Quality Association, Florida Water Quality Association, Southern Better Water Association and the Better Business Bureau.  General Manager, Frank Palmeri, holds the City of Jacksonville Master Contractor License for water treatment.  Owner Randy McCoy has the CWS Level 5 certification from the National Water Quality Association.
